To access your student's Individual Student Report (ISR), please log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal or contact his/her school. Parent Portal accounts can be created here. ISRs are best accessed via desktop or laptop computer, may not be available through the Parent Portal App.
Paper copies of End-of-Course, End-of-Grade, and NC Extend 1 Individual Student Reports (ISR) are available by in-person request at your child's school.
